Inside Sales Associate (Part Time)
Job Overview
LeadJen, Inc, an Indianapolis-based rapidly growing campaign delivery provider for high-tech companies, is seeking highly motivated self-starters to join our team as Inside Sales Associates. Qualified candidates will work in our fast-paced company environment to provide lead qualification and lead generation support to a variety of high-tech marketing programs. Success for this role is defined in terms of the ability to convert leads to live sales opportunities for the outside sales team. Candidates must project professionalism and competence via excellent verbal phone skills. Responsibilities
- Generate active and qualified sales opportunities for the field sales organization (from list of leads provided by marketing) through outbound dialing.
- Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects.
- Follow-up on leads from inbound sources (events, web, phone, etc) to schedule appointments for field sales team.
- Achieve quotas in outbound and inbound call activities.
- Understand product offerings, as well as competitive product offerings, in order to communicate them to prospective customers.
- Provide assistance, as needed, to other sales team members, both inside and outside, to meet annual sales quotas.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate high levels of persistence and overcoming objections
- Communicate effectively via phone
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Internet
