October 22, 2012 original article written by Susan Finch

Jenny Vance co-founded Indianapolis-based LeadJen in 2004 on the belief that inside sales is a measurable process that can scale, deliver predictable results for the sales funnel and generate boardroom ready information about the market, the sales cycle and competitors. Under her leadership, LeadJen has developed into a multi-million dollar company serving more than 200 clients, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. LeadJen serves as an outsourced inside sales department for companies in the United States, Europe and Australia.

Jenny’s goal of working smarter, better and faster over time, led her to co-found Jesubi. When LeadJen first adopted the Jesubi technology to track and analyze the results of prospecting call interactions, productivity increased 200 percent, going from 7.2 hourly touches to 17 touches per hour within the first 30 days.

Her expertise has been recognized with awards ranging from the Indiana Business Journal to the Direct Marketing Association and Inc. Magazine.  She writes and lectures regularly about lead generation best practices, data cleansing and how to secure funding by leveraging lead generation to fill the sales pipeline.
