Geoff Winthrop

PRESIDENT

Geoff Winthrop has over 15 years of experience selling into numerous verticals. In addition, his vast sales experience has expertise in sales strategy, operations, and sales management. He is a founding member of LeadJen’s parent company Acquirent, joining the organization shortly after its inception in January of 2004.

In two short years, Geoff single handily grew bswift’s, a leading provider of employee benefit automation software, annual sales revenue by 82%.

Currently, Geoff serves as President of LeadJen and Executive Vice President and Partner of Acquirent.  He brings a strong background in operations, sales strategy and sales management to both LeadJen and Acquirent’s clients. 

 

Jen Burdess

VP OF FINANCE & OPERATIONS

Jen Burdess has 10 plus years of experience in retail and customer services. She worked in customer service where she maintained client relationships that were already in place and built new ones.

Jen started at LeadJen in 2005 in Data Development and Market Research where she assisted in the preparation of clients’ leads. In 2009 Jen began working as an Inside Sales rep where she was quickly promoted in January of 2010 to Manager of Human Resources and Administration. Jen now manages every part of the Inside Sales team as well as managing the hiring and training process.

Judy Pickett

EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Judy has an extensive background ranging from customer service, retail, and sales experience. She started with LeadJen in 2010 and has been with the company since.

Judy began her sales career at LeadJen as a sales development rep (SDR) and quickly transitioned into a mentoring role within just 4 years with the company.

She continued her journey with LeadJen and was promoted to Sales Development Manager for two years. As an SDR manager, she managed a book of business that sustained our on-going success.

She didn’t just stop there, she has been recognized for her ability to consistently generate revenue, mentored and managed SDR’s, carefully managing data, client onboarding, and is currently LeadJen’s Executive Administrator Assistant.

Judy is LeadJen’s “jack-of-all-traits” and possesses a personality that is highly valued by her peers and colleagues. She knows how to have fun, has a brilliant mind and personality that illuminates the office. You can find Judy assisting in our daily operations to ensure top quality and consistency.
